Rio Felix is a 20 unit Farmers Home Administration housing development owned and operated by Region VI Housing Authority. The apartment complex has 10 two bedroom units, 8 three bedroom units, and 2 four bedroom units. This program is funded by the Rural Housing program of the U.S. Dept of Agriculture. Preference and rental assistance is given to farm laborers. Open market rate apartments are available as well. Contact us for current rates.
